i have look on that page but i cant find how do do it. do i need to download a player to put on to play movies?

No, you encode the videos as explained here:

http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/PluginMpegplayer#How_To_Encode_Files

And then just copy them to your player.  If you are still confused then you will have to be more specific about what is causing you problems.
