Is the problem that you don't know how to reboot your ipod into Rockbox?  If so:

nothing happens. i mean my computer can find my ipod
and when i put music on my player everything seems okay
but after i disconnected it and check my player. i can't find
the files that i just put on my player.
so everytime i want to put something new on my player
i'll have to reinstall my rockbox. i searched on the internet for a long time
but i didn't see that anyone else has the same problem

What music folder?  Rockbox doesn't have a music folder, and doesn't care where you put the music.  Could you please type exactly where you are putting it?  e.g. e:\music\

Hold SELECT on Database then update and initialize the Database. Reboot the iPod and the music should be there.

Advice: Make a Music file under your iPod. ex: E:\Music\
Put your music in the folder and make the folder hidden.

If this was the problem someone needs to make a tutorial on this and sticky it.
To many people that are new to Rockbox ask this and I facepalm.

What if he doesn't want to use the database?

Just copy the music to any folder you like (except .rockbox) and then select it directly.
