A 32 gb microsdhc card?

Correct. So you will be fine with the 16GB microSDHC card you're looking at.

the 32gb micro sd cards have only just been announced - they will be extortionate for a while (ie the cost of probably two e200's!)

they both work fine. i currently use a 16gb, and my friend just got a 32gb and says it works fine.  ;)

the 32gb is currently, afaik, sold exclusively on the sandisk web site for $199.99 USD.

the 16gb is on the sandisk site for $108.99 USD, but i've seen them for as low as $31.43 USD elsewhere on the internet. i got mine on sale for $59.99 USD at bestbuy a while back in '09.

SD cards are specified up to 2GB. If you get an SD card that has 4GB then it's not standards compliant, so I wouldn't buy such a card at all. If you want to have more than 2GB you need SDHC.
