How big of a microsd or microsdhc card can i put in my Sansa e200r

Correct. So you will be fine with the 16GB microSDHC card you're looking at.

the 32gb micro sd cards have only just been announced - they will be extortionate for a while (ie the cost of probably two e200's!)
