Prevent stupid iTunes from starting on iPod plugin

Hi folks!

I always plug my Nano 2G into my USB cable as disk-mode....even still, iTunes ALWAYS boots and starts doing it's "restore" thing.

How can I prevent this?

This isn't the right place to ask about iTunes, but you can probably disable the ipod/itunes services in Windows.
