Resuming AAC iPod Nano gen 1
(1/1)
vdesai:
Hello I have been having a issue on my iPod since Sunday I think it maybe due to commit r25165 or r25178.
What happens is I begin to play a AAC file on my iPod with the latest daily build ( r25247) and I skip the song that is currently playing the song is displayed as starting at that same point, but the playback is normal.
For example:
Song 1 is playing and 1:00 of 3:00 has finished playing and I decide to skip the song the song skips normally and I hear it change, but visually the counter continues from the 1:00 mark and it continues into negatives after a while of playing music.
I have an iPod Nano 1G 2GB version
The Rockbox version is (r25247) the latest daily build.
The music is encoded with apples uicktime encoder as AAC(-LC if that makes a difference) using qtaacenc.

Figure out which revision triggered this problem and then file a bug report.
vdesai:
It was 25165 and I will file a report thank you for your quick response.
Buschel:
This issue is fixed with r25249. As mentioned the estimated runtime was not reset correctly in case of entering a new song (or better: in case of nothing to seek to when entering a new song).
