SansDisc e200 locked up on RB ‘Select Files’ Page I Cannot turn it OFF or ON

Heh there,  :P My SansDisc e200 upgraded to (3.5.1) has locked up on RB ‘Select Files’ frame in “Drive F” ( the 2 gig  Micro Chip I have fitted). This is where I store Podcasts. "Drive E" is empty' but usually has music on it.

Not only has it 'Frozen' but nothing else works? No buttons work” nor does automatic shutdown? The Unit has been on and lit-up for 3 hours so far! I cannot turn it off to try and reset it?
Can anybody help me please? Dasha ??? :D

Try holding the power button for 30 seconds or so.

 ;DHi chronon thans for the Tip. I finished up letting it run the battery flat and now it's behaving itself. Just a glitch ::) I will know what to do next time Cheers Dahsa :)
