RB/OF loading with USB on Fuze

I don't think thats a good idea until we have USB in rockbox since its your last chance to save your player if you screw something up.

I have already made the change and added the menu option to choose your preferable behaviour, you can check it out on flyspray until it's merged into SVN I guess:

as previously mentioned - this is only relevant while RB is on. still, it makes life a bit easier when using the fuze while connected to car power etc.

just turn on your fuze before turning on your car :)
