need help in adding language

hi guys,
My native language is persian and I really love to see it on rockbox but the problem is I don't know any thing about developing and C so I well be thankful is anyone helps me in doing this.
at first I need a simple file that every word of the system is mentioned without any programing code in it.

Another language would be great, and you don't need to know any C.  Have a look at http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/LangFiles

oh, please I have been staring  at that page for months but I need help
I can handle it with just refering to that page
I don't undrestand ActivePerl  .lang .......

Maybe you should say what on that page specifically is confusing you.

That page was written to describe exactly what needs to be done. There's not much sense in someone trying to guess which part of the page confused you, and since that page is the instructions, there's not too much they can tell you that's not already there.

So where on that page are you, and what there, exactly, don't you understand the meaning of?
