ipod mini 2nd/Select button first press after restart does not work

Good afternoon , I see another little issue with rockbox 3.5 on mini 2nd:

after rockbox starts , if the first button you wish to press is SELECT , it won't work. second press works as well as other buttons (as first press after restart).

tested this when the start screen is "main menu" and "database".  in both cases result is the same.

On ipod nano 2nd this issue does not exist.

is it intentional for some reason ?

No, it isn't intentional.  Have a look to see if a bug already exists for this, and if not please create one.
