Slowing down of running letters?
« on: February 27, 2010, 12:34:48 PM »
Hi!
I got a problem with long song titles that do not fit into the display of my iriver h120.
All rockbox themes I've tried so far let the letters run through the screen at a speed I can not cope with.
Is it possible to slow down or even make the script halt for 3-4 seconds before the next set of letters is displayed?

The scroll speed has nothing to do with the theme, it's simply a setting. Check the "scrolling" section in the manual.

No -- why should I? Depending on the LCD the scrolling can be really hard to read (the h100 is really bad in this aspect, while f.e. the Ipod Mini is much better simply due to the LCD).
