download an older build?
« on: February 22, 2010, 11:46:02 AM »
Is it possible any longer to download older revisions of specific builds? The 'old' link in the 'Daily builds, voices, fonts and source' section doesn't provide a list as it used to. Am I missing something? Apologies if this has been asked before but I found no mention when I searched

I don't know about the link, but it is possible to check out older revisions if you use SVN and compile it yourself.

with
Code: [Select]
svn update -r revisonnumber

Some of the download mirrors hold onto builds for a month or two, so if you don't mind googling and digging through various links you can sometimes find old builds.  Its a crap shoot though.

It'll be easier to just compile your own build from SVN

Any reason why you want an older build, instead of a new one?

Not really a big deal, but when using a previous (fairly recent) build for D2, a bottom-right tap on the WPS in 3x3 mode displayed 'track info' which I found useful and as far as I can tell this is not configurable on the quickscreen.
