Pauses
« on: October 05, 2004, 06:25:24 PM »
Hello,

Most of the music I listen to has pauses between songs but some artists like Mike Oldfield and some albums have tracks that 'run' into each other. I’ve aquired loads of MP3s which sound crappy because a short pause has been inserted between tracks. Is there any way with Rockbox to get rid of these pauses where they’re not wanted? I'm told there is on the ipod! Maybe there’s a separate program someone knows of that will do this with an option that can be switched off when it isn’t wanted?

Any help appreciated,

Thanks,

Nick

Do a forum search for gapless.

That'll get you off to a good start.
