OK, so my friend downloaded rockbox onto my sansa sandisk about 2 or 3 years ago, and I LOVED it. However, my moms lowlife ex boyfriend stole that mp3 from me, so now I have a Sony Walkman NWZ-S545. It's a great player, but Rockbox isn't compatible with it. Where would I request someone to begin a project to try and get rockbox compatible with the Sony Walkman NWZ-S545?

You don't.  Rockbox ports take huge amounts of time and effort, and are done by interested owners and not on request.

wow... thats not happening anytime soon lol. I don't wanna take it apart. looks like i'm gonna be on craigslist searching for a player JUST for rockbox lol. Thanks for the help!
