New theme messes up screen

(1/2) > >>

hankstone:
After trying to install a new theme my screen on a Sansa e200r is totally unreadable. Deleting it does not help. All is well if I switch to the original firmware. Is there a way to return to the default settings to resolve this issue. Alternatively, how do I uninstall Rockbox. Would it help if I installed the e200 firmware. The Rhapsody feature is not important. Thanks

Manual chapt. 12.3.3  "reset settings".

Alternatively you can just delete the config file from your .rockbox folder.  All the settings are in there.

Its right below the installation directions in the manual.   Or I think you can just upgrade the OF, which will also remove rockbox.

hankstone:
I believe the uninstall instructions are not applicable for a Rhapsody model (e200R). I cannot read the screen currently to get to the Manage Settings menu. I found three config files there. config.cfg, tagnavi.cfg and viewers.cfg. Which ones should be deleted?  Can I replace my firmware with e200 firmware and get rid of this handicap once and for all? Thanks

Delete "config.cfg".
All settings will default.

Thanks. That did it. Are there any themes for the Sansa e200R Rhapsody?
