Can't view MP3s on Fuze in Explorer

My Sansa Fuze is displayed as drives G: and H: (the optional microSD card I have installed). In Windows Explorer (XP SP3), I can view the MP3s on H: but cannot locate any of them on G:. If I try to copy MP3s to the Rockbox MUSIC folder on G:, I get an error that the memory is full. This would indicate that the MP3s are indeed on G:, as they were prior to loading Rockbox.

Why can't I view the MP3s on G: in Windows Explorer? Oh, and I cannot perform a search for the MP3s on G:, either, as Explorer comes up empty.

My guess is that files were placed on the Fuze in MTP mode.  These files are not visible to Windows while the Fuze is in MSC mode.
