Uninstalling ipod video 30gb unsuccesful

Hey man spider what method did you follow please i have the same problem.I want to get my original firmware back. What I can do pleaaseeeee anyone???

Chronon:
Put the iPod into Disk Mode.  (Alternatively, follow the instructions in the manual for booting Apple's firmware.)  Then, establish a USB connection and use Rockbox Utility to remove the bootloader.

thanks for replying but the problem is iam getting a hard time putting it to disk mode iam unsuccesful what else can i do if something? PLEAAASEEE

Edit: If your battery has run down and the iPod has turned off, though, you can get it to boot the OF by turning the hold switch on and then plugging it into a PC via USB. It will load the original firmware and then enter the regular disk mode, and you should be able to uninstall the bootloader from there.
