Is OptimFROG audio codec supported on RB?

Also, I updated to the latest build but it doesn't even show my Atrac3+ files which were converted with Sony SonicStage.

The OptimFROG codec is not supported. A list of supported codecs can be found here.

As for Atrac3, I believe there has been work done on it which may be why it's not working for you. It looks like the work is still being done though, so you may want to keep updating regularly to check if it's working yet.

Rockbox does support ATRAC3 but not ATRAC3+, I believe.

ATRAC3+ is a closed format that has never been reverse engineered and is not widely used.  Its going to be a very long time before you'll be able to play those in Rockbox.
