Ipod 2nd Monitor

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this in or if this is even possible. Could it be done theoretically? Having an ipod nano as a 2nd monitor? Or would the screen resolution not be large enough?

Short answer: USB is not fast enough for this to work. Also, it's rather useless (personal opinion).
