iPOD nano g2 install.

the manual install process did not work for me as "noted" in the  http://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-ipodnano2g/rockbox-buildch2.html#x4-60002 install procedure online.

The error that I got was "can't load rockbox.ipod" "bad checksum"

So I used the rockbox utility and it worked fine.

Nano2g support was added in the rbutil release a couple days ago.  The manual needs updating.
