Mount point not working on e250

I'm trying to install rockbox on a Sansa e250. The rbutility starts fine and detects the device. But after clicking "Complete Installation" it fails.
From the command it gives the following output:

/dev/sdf: No such file or directory
/dev/sdf: No such file or directory
[INFO] Scanning disk devices...
[INFO] e200 found - /dev/sdg
/dev/sdf: No such file or directory

From the GUI the last message is "Could not open sansa".

I'm running Slack64 w/ 2.6.32.7 and use the rockbox source.
Any thoughts on why it would think the device is at /dev/sdf after detecting it at /dev/sdg?

Something is strange here. Why does the Sansa appear to be mounted twice in the log?
