Problem with Ultima theme (iAudio X5)

I use the Ultima theme since the rockbox version 3.3.
Last week, when I've update to 3.5, I've updated also the Ultima theme files.

I've seen a problem in the upper left and upper right corner of the While Playing Screen.
On the left I see the battery icon that is not present in the screenshot, and on the right I see another clock and a second battery icon that appears and disappears.

I've use the form in the theme's page to report this but an admin answer to contact directly the author.
In the page I've linked above I don't see anu address to contact him, so I wrote here in the forum.

I've leaved this option to the default value. Now with Status bar off all works again!
