archos 20

Hi
I have a archos 20 that I use the rockbox firmware and a computer running vista home premium.
My old computer ran xp and I had n problem with my studio 20.
I trid to use it with my vista computer and found that I had to download a fle to makee it work.
It works now but I have a open file security warning that UsbJbm.exe wants to open.
My question is? Is it safe or can and should I remove it.
