help to create playlist to rockbox for ipod nano 2g

hello to all users of rockbox. my name is Nirvana and I recently installed rockbox on my ipod nano 2g and I am very happy with this firmware which I consider amazing. but I have a question and I hope to have specific answers how does one create a playlist in rockbox?. how to add a song to a playlist? I especially want to know why some of my songs are considered untagged and are full of letters. eg EXDH. How about it? Thank you in advance and I sincerely admire the work you do.
