I modified a theme, what do I do now?

I modified Eddy Coman's Calmer_big theme for the iRiver iHP140, and i just wanted to share it before i delete it forever.
Is it ok to modify themes? I don't know how to upload them, so can i just send a zip file to someone?  :-\

From the download page for that theme:

So yes, the author gives you permission to modify his theme.
