panic: unsupported physical sector size

hello!
I'm in trouble :'(

I have a 5G 30 gb video ipod.
I replaced the 30 gb drive with 80gb.
Everything was fine.
 Itunes restored it and
I had 74 gb free on it.

I then used the rockbox utility to install rockbox.
When asked, I indicated that it was a "60/80 gb ipod"
(although it was originally a 30 gb but with now a 80 gb drive)

Now I get this error message when I try to boot the ipod:
"panic:
unsupported physical sector size: 4096"

And I can't even boot in original firmware using the hold switch method!
And Ipod is not detected by computer!

So what can I do please?

The 80GB drive you have used uses larger physical sectors than the normal iPod drive. You will need a custom large-drive build of Rockbox (and the bootloader) for this player, with the maximum sector size set to 4096. The unsupported builds forum has some, but note that they may also include other changes and may not be up to date (and are unsupported, of course).

You can enter disk mode by holding SELECT+PLAY when you power on, which will let you install a different build from the PC.
