Error Msg When Installing Themes w/Rockbox Utility

(1/2) > >>

Spacedog2k5:
Everything's been great with the current build (3.4). I'm forever recommending it to friends. Everything had been going great up until today when I got the following error message from Rockbox Utility when I clicked on [Install Themes]: "No themes available for the selected target.".

Can anyone tell me why this would happen, and what, if anything, I can do to fix this? Oh, I almost forgot to mention I am using this on a Sansa E200.

yapper:
I get the same with themes, and when trying to install a current build I get

--- Code: ---Problem detected:
Target mismatch detected: Installed target: sansae200, selected target: Sansa e200v1 series
--- End code ---
with a choice to Abort or OK. Choosing OK allows the updated to proceed.

Edit: I get the same theme problem with a c200v1 too (installing current builds works fine on the c200)

Spacedog2k5:
Hmm.. It's weird, too, because I can install them manually. Oh well, maybe the li'l fella's just overly excited with anticipation while waiting for 3.5.  ;D

See http://www.rockbox.org/irc/log-20100117#16:17:55 onwards, I'm guessing it is that.

That is the reason, and there isn't much you can do about it until a new version of Rockbox Utility gets released (should happen soon). In the meantime you ca use SVN binaries of Rockbox Utility (see http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=23544.0).
