Run a program when fully charged?

I'd like a way to be notified when charging is done.

Two things - I wonder if they are possible:

1) Run a program on the computer.

2) Run a plugin in Rockbox?  (something flashy to catch my attention, like Plasma.rock)

I build in Ubuntu.

You could probably either set the charge controller to fire an interrupt when it completes charging, or else hack in some code that continually polls the battery to see when its done charging.  Probably will take a bit of effort if you haven't done a lot of hacking on the e200v1 already.
