I don't seem to be able to locate the documentation for the Rockbox Utility program.  If anyone could provide me with the link, I would appreciate it all over the place.

What documentation are you after? There isn't much as it's a fairly straightforward program.

or, what are you having difficulty with? its a simple program if you know how to use it, but I could understand it being a bit crazy for new users.

There is no detailed documentation for Rockbox Utility. Feel free to contribute one if you think there's a need for it. Or even better, help making it so self explaining that no detailed documentation is needed.
