where I find latest current build source rockbox.7z?
Llorean:
Using the .7z archive of the source causes more problems than it solves, generally speaking. It's never fully up to date except a short period during the day, and frequently in the past it's had periods where it's been incomplete or unusable.
It's really best just to get used to using SVN. If you compile more than once, SVN will save you total download time almost assuredly.

Just download everything at the wiki suggests. It will be much quicker then manually downloading directories (although the example in the wiki also shows how to do that).
