Would 'rockbox default' WPS for e200 series work on the Fuze?
Audio Addict:
Hi All,
I searched this specific forum and couldn't find any information on whether one could use the 'rockbox default' WPS for the e200 series on a Fuze.
I liked that WPS on my e260 and would like to try it on the Fuze. Can that be done? If so, what files would I need to put on the Fuze to do it?
Thanks.

By "'rockbox default' WPS," do you mean cabbie v2? If so, the Fuze's default WPS is the same thing formatted to fit the different screen dimensions.
In any case, e200 and Fuze themes are not interchangeable precisely because the screen dimensions (when viewing each player upright) are different.

Thanks for the quick response.
I thought for sure there was a "rockbox_default" theme, or a theme with a very similar name for the e200 series. I don't think it was called cabbie v2 but maybe it was. Whatever the one I was using there isn't the same one for the Fuze. I liked it because it was very plain and I could use big fonts.
No big deal. Thanks again.

rockbox_default is the old default theme before we switched to cabbie. Its basically what rockbox looks like with no theme at all installed. It should come by default with the normal fuze build.

That's the one! "rockbox_default".
I loaded up the cabbie that comes with the Fuze and it's not the same. It's nice, I'm using it now, but the Commodore 64 look of "rockbox_default" was really cool. Like you said, it was like not having a theme.
I'm not complaining. Rockbox on the Fuze is excellent. I just miss that bare bones look.
