theme nano 2g

Hello
I just installed the new Rockbox firmware on my Ipod nano 2G. It works!
But now I don't know how to load a theme that I downloaded to my ipod. http://themes.rockbox.org/index.php?target=ipodnano2g

I downloaded a theme from this site. How do I load it onto my ipod?

Unzip it to the root of your ipod, same as you would a build of rockbox.
