System restart

After plug my iPod Rockbox (identifies as 'Rockbox player') My system explorer (Win7 x64) is restart and iPod is not identified next time on system.
New installation OF then installation RockBox and REMOVE remote application from RockBox.
iPod Mini (first gen.) with RockBox is PERFECT
