Widescreen and Spartan black wont display album art

I have been trying to use spartan black and widescreen on a 30gig ipod video, and I cant get the album art to show up on any song. I have checked around 50 songs, most of which I know had album art before I switched to rockbox. How do I get the album art to show up? As of now all I see when the song is playing is the extended info that is supposed to only appear when the ipod is on hold.

I have tried taking the ipod on and off hold, makes no difference.

Does it work in the default theme?  If not, rockbox probably cannot find your album art.  See:

Is the album art embedded?  Rockbox does not support embedded album art.  How to implement album art for Rockbox is located here: http://www.rockbox.org/wiki/AlbumArt
