(fuze) shuffle function is not working

Im new to this stuff so please sorry if it is so simple.

i made a playlist from an album then i inserted tracks to that playlist. i put shuffle and repeat on. but when i put the next song, the song that played was the next on the list and not random.

What im doing wrong??

it's shuffle, not random... the playlist still goies in order but the tracks are shuffled in the list
