Image resize for wps (DIY Contraption e200)

Ok I've been converting DIY Contraption for the e200 from the ipod video and it's nearly finished except for one image which parts of it showing up as pink!
how can I resize the image without pink around it.
I've attached the culprit image an the wps of what it looks like now.

you got your answer in IRC, but for anyone else... you need to be 100% certain that the magenta is 255,0,255. if its off by even 1 the lcd driver wont try to make it transparent.

What very likely happend was the scaling tried to be smart which is not what you actually wanted :)
