Utility is not updating to latest build on some DAPs

I have several DAPs with RB installed and some of them aren't updating to the latest build. My Sansa e200v1 updated. My Sansa e200v2 didn't update. My Toshiba F40 didn't update.

The Utility goes through the whole process of updating but the build on the DAP remains the same.
