I need help with PluginMidiPLayer

I have a first generation ipod nano and I want to install the MIDI patch so that I can properly work the Plugin. I use Windows XP. However, the file extension is .tbz2, and Windows cannot extract that, apparently it is a Linux extension. Can anyone link me to a patchset that is Windows XP-friendly?

Get a better zip program.  7zip will do tar.
