Video on 5G IPod

So I just installed RB on my 5G IPOd. I'm wondering if I can convert vids to play on it now and what specs to convert too. Is it even worth it on the RB IPOD now? I've looked all through the manual but didn't see the specs or much.

That page doesn't say so specifically - but the video playback on the iPod Video under Rockbox is very poor in terms of performance - we mostly recommend that if you wish to watch video on the that model, you should stick to loading the videos on with iTunes.
