Sansa e250 Won't Boot

I have a Sansa e250 MP3 player and when i start it it says "Rockbox Boot loader, version 5.0, Sandisk sansa e200,  no partition found" and then shuts down. it started once, then i plugged it in to computer, unplugged, started and it showed that. please help!
