Installation Questions

OK, so I'm a little confused about how to install RB on my Iriver h320.

Are these the steps?

1. Replace US firmware with EU 129 firmware using h320's firmware upgrade feature.
2. Run Rockbox Utility which will then download and install the bootloader and RB firmware.

Have I got this straight?

Not exactly. Rockbox Utility will patch the firmware and put it on your player, you need to upgrade the firmware (i.e. run the firmware upgrade process of the Iriver firmware) yourself again as 3rd step. Rockbox Utility will give you a hint after installing the patched bootloader file which is hopefully explanatory enough :)

Sorry for my confusion but I don't want to brick my player.

So all I need to do is run RB Utility and then upgrade the firmware.
