Install Rockbox In Sansa e280

when trying to install the program the installation asks for a mount point. I am using Windows XP Pro and when the player is connected it does not show up with a device letter. It merely shows a picture and the device name "Sansa 280"

See:  http://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-sansae200/rockbox-buildch2.html#x4-70002.1 under section "USB connection".   This probably means you're in the wrong USB mode.
