The Appendix B of the user guide need the following corrections:

Section B.16 Album Art:
The following lines:
    maxheight:
    t. Align left
    c. Align center (default)
    b. Align right
Must be replaced by:
    maxheight:
    t. Align top
    c. Align center (default)
    b. Align bottom
