You don't need to copy from that dialog, it's got a Save button that saves the contents of the window to a file which you can easily post somewhere on the web. You should also be able to attach it to a forum post.

Besides, the m:robe 100 doesn't require raw disk access (which other players like the Ipods do, and for that you need the appropriate permissions, usually root) so installation should work fine as user -- given that the user you're logged in as is allowed to write to the player.

Hello, I had the same problem and I solved it by downloading the file "pp5020.mi4 and copying the system folder in the m100 (the Rockbox manual for Olympus m: robe 100, November 20, 2009 pg. 15 Chapter 2.2.2) . Tell us. See you soon and ciao

Downloading the boot-loader file and copying it to the system folder in the mrobe was the fix for my problem. Thanks for your help. You guys were great.

This unfortunately doesn't help us finding what went wrong when using Rockbox Utility and fixing it, in case it's a bug ...

Wally:
Probably there is a bug in the installer. At the end of the installation there is no trace of the file "pp520.mi4. I'm not so expert to understand "why?" Ciao
