Gigabeat S30 file browser problem

Hi,

I loaded RB onto my GB a few weeks ago (ver. 23450-091031). I've been trying to work out how to create a playlist catalogs.
I've just realised that my file browser doesn't work properly so I can't use the context menu. I can't get my file browser to display individual files, for example it wont look like Figure 4.1 p. 25 in the RB GB manual. All I can see is directories not music files. Same if I go into other places like my pictures directory.
Any ideas whats wrong??

Change the show files settings to "show all files".
