Video Playback - MPEG Playlist

Is there no way to have all video files in a directory play back to back or create a video playlist? The objective is to hand the player to a child and with no interaction on their part have it play a series of videos.

Not at the moment.  Video playback doesn't have access to the core playlist functionality because it happens via a plugin.  You have the same issue with MIDI playback.

Obviously not a coding expert but it would certainly seem the plugin could be coded to play all videos found in a directory. I've seen a good number of request for such an option.

Guess I'll be joining a number of kids cartoons together into one long movie so my daughter can watch during a flight without having to figure out the interface for loading another movie, at age two that's a touch much to ask
