upgrading firmware?

so decided to make the switch from the original firmware to rockbox a while ago more then a year i think.. i got the gigabeat f20.

anyway its runing version r16350M-080218 and i see the newest one is r23665-091118 .. not sure if there any big difference.. is there any need to upgrade?

main question whats the easiest way to upgrade the firmware?

To upgrade, use Rockbox Utility or unzip a new build to the player.  Both methods are described in the manual.
