Sansa E250 turns on to a back screen

I unplugged my Sansa E250 the other day and it has not worked since. It first started working really slow and when I turned it off & back on, all I get is a black screen with the blue wheel lit. I can go into recovery mode, but I can't get it back to normal. What do I do? Is the the sansa firmware corrupted or the Rockbox firmware ??? Please help. Thank you.
