Including directories in theme submissions

I've read through the submission guidelines but I'm a bit unclear: if I specify a standard font in my theme, do I need to add a fonts directory with that font in it, or can I leave that out?

It's a very simple theme, no graphics, just suggested colours, font and some pixel positioning with viewports to space things just the way I want on a WPS.

"Inside your zip file must be a folder called .rockbox, and inside this folder 'backdrops', 'fonts', 'themes', 'icons' & wps folders as appropriate- all lowercase."

So, only include folders if they will contain resources in your theme.
