Rockbox affecting sansa fuze OF with 90mb/not enough disk space error?

Hi,

My sansa fuze's original firmware is showing an error telling me that it needs more than 90mb for its database and that I should clear up some space. However, I actually have over 1.5gb free and I believe the error has something to do with corrupted files/filesystem. My player now doesn't not connect to my computer in any way and I can't actually use the OF, only rockbox. I was wondering whether rockbox would be affecting the OF in any way to cause this. I can fully boot rockbox and use it normally however, I obviously need to use the OF to copy files across from my computer and so on and I need it to be functioning. Another problem is that rockbox doesn't see my microsd card anymore. This problem starting happening at the same time as the OF error and I was wondering whether the two were connected or whether rockbox had anything to do with it or could be used to solve the problem.

I have filed a support question for this problem but I haven't mentioned rockbox yet because I didn't think that it would really be causing any problems. So, does anyone have any idea what could be the problem here? Any help will be appreciated!
